Yardi Rent Roll Reports - Tenancy Schedule II (Commercial Only)
Yardi Report Download:
Follow the Report Details section to accurately run the Yardi Monthly Trial Balance within the Yardi Software for accurate formatting export needed within the Pereview Data Upload Tab.
Report Details:
- The Tenancy Schedule II report can be found by navigating to Commercial > Analytics > Tenancy Schedule > Tenancy Schedule II within Yardi Voyager
- Report Name: Tenancy Schedule II
- Frequency: Monthly per property
- The Tenancy Schedule II report includes Yardi property code within the body of the report. Therefore, this report can be executed for a distribution member associated with a property list and does not require individual properties to be specified in the distribution member. This report also does not require one Excel file per property. The Tenancy Schedule II report cannot be automatically scheduled in a Report Scheduler at this time.

Upon completion you should now have an excel TRIALBALANCE sheet that is formatting per the example below.

This file is now ready to be uploaded to the system.
Pereview Data Upload:
Navigate to Admin -> Data Upload
Select Add File:

A popup window will appear. Under Project Select Yardi Tenancy Schedule II:

Alternately if you received this file from a PMC under Project Select Yardi Tenancy Schedule II from PMC:

You may now either drag and drop the excel file into the +Add File space on the popup or click SELECT FILES and navigate to where the file was downloaded in order to attach.
Once selected wait to close the window until you see File(s) uploaded successfully in green.

Please note you may select or drop one or more files at this stage. After closing note that the Status will be listed is Queued:

You may refresh the page to update the status. Once you see Committed you know the file has completed and is now available as a data point within the system:

If instead you see Error:

- Toggle the expansion triangle on the left of the navigation to expand the project. This will state various error options.
- If the error states "Row: null Description: Fatal error in process uploading data, contact Pereview support." Or you do not understand the error message please email Support@PereviewSoftware.com with the Session ID number included in the email.
