Pereview Analytics Pre-Built Library
We have invested significant time and energy into developing better analytics reports. We are pleased to announce the release of reports covering Box Score Data, Tenant Lease Data, Transaction Data, NCREIF Benchmarking, and Investment Metrics. More reports are coming, and we will continue building other reports by data category.
To use these reports, reach out to your CSM. We welcome your feedback, so please share it with us.
Once these reports are activated for you in Pereview, you can access them from the main menu.
Go to Reports > Analytics
Then, click Reports in the left navigation and select the report you would like to view. Each report is listed below with a brief description.
Box Score Data
Asset and property managers use this report to get a consolidated view of property operating and leasing performance. The report brings together leasing activity, rent trends, tradeout, rent roll, resident, and delinquency information to highlight trends and areas that may need attention.

Tenant Lease Data
Asset managers use this report to analyze tenant and lease activity across the portfolio. The report combines occupancy, income statement, market survey, and tradeout information to identify leasing trends.
Transaction Report
Acquisition teams use this report to monitor deal activity and transaction pipelines across the portfolio. This report provides an overview of your deal pipeline in one place, with critical dates and details by property and MSA. It also includes breakdowns by role, including acquisition officer and broker.
NCREIF Benchmarking Report
Asset managers use this report to put portfolio performance in the context of the market. The report combines property/MSA performance, and NCREIF benchmarks to compare returns, appreciation, and sector allocation and help identify opportunities in the portfolio.
Investment Metrics Report
Investment Metrics provides a flexible way to analyze Pereview data beyond the standard out-of-the-box reports. Users can combine financial, investment, and leasing metrics to build ad hoc views that answer their specific business questions.
