User Management
Leveraging the Users section of Pereview, administrators with the appropriate permissions can view, create, and manage users within Pereview.
To access, click on the Admin dropdown in the top navigation bar and select Users. This will bring you to the Users page within Pereview.
Manage Existing Users
On this page, a list of your users will appear with their name, email, and status. Leverage the included search bar to quickly find a user on the list.
To the right of each user will be options to edit, view details, delete or clear the user’s SSO token.
From the edit screen for each user, you can:
- Update email
- Manage authentication
- Manage Permission Groups
- Designate as an External User to limit system visibility
Create New User
From the Users Page, click the create user button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, populate the relevant fields, and click save.
- First & Last Name: Enter the user’s complete name
- Email: Specify the contact’s email address; Used for login username and receiving communication and notifications
- Select Permission Group: Based on the groups that have been created, specify an applicable User Group (note: Pereview Support will always be tagged as Super Admins); please consult the Groups section for additional details
- External Group: If a user is either an Investor or Property Management Company, apply the appropriate group to limit their visibility into the application
