Upcoming AI-powered commercial lease abstraction capabilities
We are developing the capability to abstract all of the critical data elements from your commercial leases. As you know, commercial lease data is often manually entered into downstream systems and therefore is subject to error. In fact, we’ve found as much as 15%–30% of commercial leases have material errors compared to what is reported on a rent roll.
That is why we are empowering users to abstract commercial leases in Pereview. You will be able to set up critical alerts and reminders for things like lease expiration dates, notice periods for rights of first refusal options, and more. Additionally, you will be able to generate a lease abstract summary and an Excel download that can be used to properly set up the lease in downstream property management systems. Once a lease is abstracted, Pereview will automatically validate incoming monthly rent roll data against the lease abstract to ensure core rent roll data is correct.
This quarter, we will be inviting customers to participate in our beta program. If you would like to join, please let your client success manager know.
