Pereview gives you the power to manage the entire investment lifecycle, from acquisition through disposition. To make disposition management easier, we have simplified navigation, added the ability to upload and export files, and the ability to view, monitor, and add workflows.

This walkthrough compares the previous and updated navigation and capabilities for an asset-level disposition.
The old navigation
Previously, dispositions were accessible from the top-level menu or through an asset record.
Additionally, the former Dispositions section only displayed information such as general overviews, properties, critical dates, roles, buyers, and comments. However, users could not upload files, or add disposition-specific workflows.
New navigation and capabilities
You can now access Dispositions alongside Assets, Development, Portfolio, and Transactions by navigating to Investments > Type > Dispositions. Property cards also display a maroon “Disposition” label, making them easy to identify.
The Dispositions submenu now includes Files and Workflow options. A new dropdown also lets you switch between disposition records.
You can now add, or export documents related to the disposition by going to Dispositions > Files and clicking the blue icons above the grid on the right.
Also you can add workflows at the disposition level. Go to Dispositions > Workflow. Active workflows display the workflow name, period, status, category, and next-step assignees. To add a workflow, click the “+” icon above the grid.
